Pumpkin Jam with Apples

INGREDIENTS:
  • 500 g pumpkin puree
  • 500 g unseetened apple puree
  • vanilla sugar
  • juice of a lemon
  • 1 kg gelling sugar


    DIRECTIONS:
    Peel the apples and mince them finely. Also the concrete pumpkin flesh. Let the minced mass with gelling sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar bring to the boil. Cook for 4 minutes and fill it then into glasses.
