Pumpkin-Apple-Jam

INGREDIENTS:
  • 0,5 kg apples
  • 0,5 kg pumpkin
  • 1 kg gelling sugar
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 stick of cinnamon


    DIRECTIONS:
    Wash, peel, core the apples and cut them into thin slices. Also peel the pumpkin and cut into small slices. Mix them with the apple slices and gelling sugar and let it covered overnight. At the next day, give lemon juice, pumpkin seed oil and the cinnamionstick into the mixture and boil while stirring, cook for four minutes, remove the cinnamon stick. Fill th jam while it‘s hot into glasses and cap them immediately.
