Pumpkin Cream Soup I

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 pumpkin
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3/4 l vegetable stock or water
  • some sour cream
  • some butter or margarine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • chives
  • parsley
  • croutons


    DIRECTIONS:
    Cut pumpkin, carrots, potato and onion into dices. Then saute it in butter, season with salt and pepper, add broth or water and season. Cook everything on medium heat til the vegetables are tender
