Scrambled Eggs with Pumpkin Seed Oil in Watercress Beds

INGREDIENTS:
For 4 Persons Preparation time: 15 minutes
  • 4 eggs
  • 40 g butter
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 4 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • salt
  • pepper, white grated
  • 200 g cress


    DIRECTIONS:
    Break the eggs in a bowl and wash the shells out and put it ready for the food arranging. Mix the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
