Raspberry Cake with Pumpkin Seed Oil

INGREDIENTS:
Serves 4
  • 1/2 pack baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 kg raspberries (you can also use wild berries, strawberries, pineapples, kiwi, an so on)
  • 1 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seed oil
  • 1/4 kg flour
  • 2 g powdered sugar
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 piece cinnamon
  • 1 dash of lemon juice


    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Stir eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, pumpkin seed oil and water fluffy.
    2. Then stir slowly the pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, lemon juice, flour and baking powder in.
    3. Put the dough on a greased, floured sheet.
    4. Sprinkle the raspberries on the top and bake at about 170° C about 30 minutes.
    5. Sugar, let cool and cut into sections.
