Potatoes-Corn Salad with Ham and Pumpkinseed Oil Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
Serves 4
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 150 g ham
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 5 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g lamb‘s lettuce
  • 1 tbsp oil


    DIRECTIONS:
    Boil the potatoes in salt water, peel and slice them into slices. Wash the lamb‘s lettuce. Cut the ham also into slices.
