Mexican Pumpkin Dessert

INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Seed the pumpkin and cut into 3 cm big cubes. Cut the oranges into thin slices. Cook the pumpkin cubes and the oranges with water and sugar syrup til the pumpkin is smooth. Add the peeled, seeded and cubed apples and the raisins. And continue to simmer until the apples are tender. Caution: The apples must not fall apart. Let it cool. Serve chilled with whipped cream. |
