Retzer Pumpkin Crescents

INGREDIENTS:
For about 50 crescents
250 g flour
200 g pumpkin seeds, finely grated
100 g icing sugar
200 g butter
2 yolks
1 cl pumpkinseedoil
8 g vanilla sugar (= 1 pack)
salt
chocolate glaze or vanilla- and icing sugar for decoration
DIRECTIONS:
Knead all ingrediens to a smooth dough.
