Retzer Pumpkin Crescents

INGREDIENTS:
For about 50 crescents
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g pumpkin seeds, finely grated
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 yolks
  • 1 cl pumpkinseedoil
  • 8 g vanilla sugar (= 1 pack)
  • salt
  • chocolate glaze or vanilla- and icing sugar for decoration


    DIRECTIONS:
    Knead all ingrediens to a smooth dough.
