INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Form with a melon baller the pumpkin flesh to scoops. Dice onion and garlic finely, quater the sprouting cabbage. Stew the pumpkin, onion, garlic and sprouting cabbage until they are al dente. Grate 65 g cheese, mix it with cream, salt, pepper and minced chervil. |
