Couscous with Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

INGREDIENTS:
  • 200 g couscous
  • 100 g pumpkin seeds
  • chopped herbs to taste
  • garlic
  • salt
  • Parmesan cheese


    DIRECTIONS:
    Cook the couscous and season with herbs, garlic and salt.
    Bash the roasted pumpkin seeds with a meat tenderiser and mix into the couscous.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.

    Tip: A salad is the perfect accompaniment to this dish.
