Pumpkin Jam with Lemon and Ginger

INGREDIENTS:
  • 200 g pumpkin meat
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 lemons
  • 60 g ginger
  • a little rum
  • 8 g vanilla sugar


    DIRECTIONS:
    Finely grate the pumpkin and squeeze the lemon.
    Peel and grate the ginger and cook everything together while stirring continuously until it reaches a thick consistency.
    Season with a little rum and transfer immediately to jam jars.

    Tip: The jam will keep for 3 months.
