Pumpkin Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Add the sugar, salt and spices to the eggs and beat until foamy. Fold the pureed pumpkin, single cream and brandy (or rum) in the mixture. Transfer into a greased form sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake bain-marie for an hour. Serve hot or cold with single cream. |
