INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Beat the egg whites with 2-3 tsp sugar until stiff. Mix together the butter, the rest of the sugar, two egg yolks and the pumpkin seeds until you have a homogeneous mass. Mix the baking powder into the flour and add. Now fold in the stiff egg whites. Transfer the dough into a greased and floured dish and bake for approximately one hour at 180 °C. |
