Pumpkin Chips

INGREDIENTS:
  • 150 g pumpkin seeds
  • 200 g milk chocolate or bittersweet chocolate
  • 16 g vanilla sugar


    DIRECTIONS:
    Finely chop the pumpkin seeds and roast in a greased frying pan.
    In the meantime melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and stir in the vanilla sugar.
    Now add the pumpkin seeds.
    Using 2 teaspoons, spoon the mixture into small piles on greaseproof paper.
    Transfer to fridge to cool.
