INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Crush the garlic and mix into the sunflower oil. Marinate the meat in the mixture overnight. Stir the pumpkin seed oil and grated horseradish into the mayonnaise. Cut the bread roll in half and toast lightly. Brown the meat in hot oil. Fill the roll with the flavoured mayonnaise, cheese, ketchup and meat, top with a tomato slice, one or two lettuce leaves and a couple of drops of pumpkin seed oil. Tuck in! |
