Scrambled Eggs with Pumpkin Seed Oil (simple)

  • pumpkin seed oil


    DIRECTIONS:
    Fry the eggs in a pan with hot pumpkin seed oil.

    Caution: The oil should not be too hot, pumpkin seed oil has a lower smoke point than other commen vegetable oils.
