Styrian Pumpkin Soup

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 onions
  • butter
  • 1 yellow pumpkin
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chilli currypowder
  • 3 teaspoons vinegar
  • 5 teaspoons pumpkin seed oil


    DIRECTIONS:
    Slice 2 onions in thin pieces and roast using lite butter.
    Add flesh of yellow pumpkin in roasted onion.
    Roast for 1 minute.
    Make a soup with a cup or two of water depending on your mixture of the roasted pumpkin and onion.
    Cook for about 10 minutes.
    Mix the soup with the roasted onion and pumpkin.
    Add spices such as salt, pepper, a little bit chilli currypowder, 3 teaspoons vinegar and 5 teaspoons of pumpkin seed oil.
    Mix everything a second time and serve it.
