Sheep‘s Cheese with Pumpkin Seeds

INGREDIENTS:
Serves 4
  • 400 g sheep‘s cheese
  • 200 g pumpkin seeds
  • pumpkin seed oil
  • 8 cherrytomatoes
  • cress
  • salt
  • pepper


    DIRECTIONS:
    Cut the sheep‘s cheese into thick slices, gouge in the middle a triangle out and fill it with chopped, salted, with pumpkin seed oil marinated pumpkin seeds.

    Decorate the margin of the cheese slices with whole seeds. As a side dish serve cherrytomatoes, which are hollowed out and filled with cress. Season with salt and pepper.
