Pumpkin Seed Escalope

INGREDIENTS:
  • pork, beef or turkey escalope
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • breadcrumbs
  • 2-3 eggs
  • ground pumpkin seeds
  • a little flour
  • cooking fat


    DIRECTIONS:
    Cut the escalope and bat gently.
    Crack two to three eggs into a bowl and mix well.
    Place the escalope into the egg mixture.
    Grind the pumpkin seeds and mix together with the breadcrumbs.
    Transfer the escalope to the pumpkin seed and breadcrumb mixture and fry in a large pan or fryer.

    Side dish: Mixed salad with pumpkin seed oil

    Tip: You can add cheese or pumpkin seed oil to the eggs.
