Pumpkin in Farmers Way

INGREDIENTS:
Serves 4
  • 750 g pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • herbs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 5 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 yolks
  • nutmeg
  • marjoram
  • savory
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • 2 egg whites


    DIRECTIONS:
    Grate the pumpkin, chop onion and fry oil, add pumpkin and simmer, season with garlic, salt, pepper and herbs. Butter roast with flour, pour in milk and heat it slightly. Add the cheese, stir in sour cream and yolk. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, marjoram, savory and garlic. Fold in the parsley the egg whites, pumpkin enter into a greased Gratin dish with bechamel mass pour over and bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
