Sour Beef

INGREDIENTS:
  • 200 g cooked beef per person
  • cooked egg
  • onion rings
  • apple vinegar
  • pumpkin seed oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper


    DIRECTIONS:
    Cut the beef into thin slices and quarter the eggs.
    Place on a large plate, top with onion rings and serve.
    Put apple vinegar and pumpkin seed oil as well as salt and pepper on the table so guests can season to taste.
