Parsnips and Carrot Pot with Pumpkin Seed Oil

INGREDIENTS:
  • 300 g carrots
  • 300 g parsnips
  • pumpkin seed oil
  • salt


    DIRECTIONS:
    First put the sliced carrots into a pot. While you let them simmer, you peel the parsnips, cut them into pieces and put them in the pot too. It‘s important that you give the parsnips later in the pot because they simmer faster than the carrots.

    Before serving season with salt and add the pumpkin seed oil und mix well.
