Marinated Goat Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
  • 10 leaves oak leaf lettuce
  • 1 bunch of chive
  • 350 g goat cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • vinegar
  • pumpkin seed oil


    DIRECTIONS:
    Wash the lettuce leaves, cut the half of the chives finely. Cut the cheese into pieces and prepare with the leaves on a plate. Sprinkle the cheese with pepper. Mix salt and vinegar and mix in the pumpkin seed oil.

    Mix the chives rolls under the vinaigrette. Drizzle the cheese and the salad leaves with the marinade and garnish with the rest of the chive. Marinated Goat Cheese is a delicious starter. Tastes also good with wholemeal bread.
