Quite simple:

· All prices are including the Austrian VAT for deliveries in the EU. Outside of the EU the prices are excluding the Austrian VAT (Reverse charge system).

· Shipping costs: depends on the country of the customer, please see our shipping costs directory

· No minimum order.

· Payment methods: Credit card - we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express or advanced payment by bank transfer.

· Usually we can deliver within 5 days. If some particular products are out of stock, we will deliver as quickly as possible and inform the customer.

· If necessary, the customer has to pay all import and customs duties for his own responsibility. From our expierience, most custom offices do not levy any charges.

· The customer can return all unopened an unused goods within 14 days. The returning shipping costs have to be paid by the customer.

· Place of contracting is Graz, Austria. Both customer and pumpkinseedoil.cc agree to accept the Austrian and European laws of business.
