- our logistics provider
- the custom offices of your country
- your local delivery agent
Logistics provider:
We ship mainly with Austrian Post. They provide a list of running time to all countries which is updated regularly. Please check current delivery time at their website.Custom offices:
Most countries do not charge or delay small personal shipments. Some countries though do. Please check at your local customs office, if you need to know details about this. Some examples from our experience: In some Arabian countries there is sometimes a delay made by custom offices, because they want to assure that the liquid in the oil cans do not contain Alcohol. So they take samples for laboratory examination and this will cause a delay in shipment. Or when there is a current terror threat, some countries check each parcel very thoroughly for a certain time.
