Ingredients

1 small head of lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
300 g cooked country ham
5 tbsp Pumpkin Seed Oil
2 green pepper
4 tbsp apple vinegar
100 g corn grains
100 g beans
salt and pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

Wash the lettuce, let it drip off well and put it in a bowl. Cut the country ham into width strips. Add chopped onion, boiled vegetables, diced pepper and tomatoes.
Give the crushed garlic, salt, pepper and pumpkin seed oil over the salad and fold easily.
Finally, add vinegar and garnish with the hard-boiled eggs.
