  • 1 tbsp parsiley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, finley chopped

  • pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp pumpkinseedoil
  • 1 hard boiled egg

Instructions

  • Strain the curd. Mix with salt, caraway, parsiley, chive, onion, garlic, pepper and pumpkin seed oil. Garnish with the quatered egg.
