Delicious Pumpkin Seed Oil Recipes
Pumpkin Ice Cream I

Ingredients

2 cups of milk
4 egg yolks or 2 whole eggs (beaten)
1 cup of sugar
a pinch of salt
2 cups pureed pumpkin meat
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 cup of single cream
1 cup chopped Pumpkin Seeds
a splash of Pumpkin Seed Oil

Instructions

Bring the milk to the boil.
Stir in all ingredients but the cream and pumpkin seeds and simmer for some 4 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Fold in the cream and pumpkin seeds and place in the freezer.
Remove it after a few hours, serve and ... enjoy!
